Q: What do more than eight million people in thirty six languages have in common?
A: Reading Dale Carnegie’s book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

What is the secret to this book being so popular for so many years? Ms. Rando will share with you some of the principals in the book to help you decide the answer to that question. She has seen first-hand the results of Dale Carnegie‘s books and training in communication, management and sales. Ms. Rando will give you an idea of why Dale Carnegie’s principals have been around for 100 years.
